College Connection was an amazing experience, and I am so fortunate I had the opportunity to go!
I don't think it could have been any better.

The fact is, every senior is stressed about college including myself and this retreat released so much of that stress off of my shoulders! I wasn't informed about the Wesley foundation as much as I am now. Knowing that you want to be a part of Wesley when you go off to college makes going a lot easier. Realizing you'll have a family when you go off to college, and have people there you can be yourself around, be crazy with, and worship Christ together is an all-around blessing from God!

Most of the counselors are a part of Wesley where they go, and it helps getting to know some others who are going to the same college you are and participating in that Wesley. I met some students attending college in Tallahassee who I can hang out with whenever we’re in college. The connection introduced independence to the future college students by allowing us to make our own decisions and nobody telling us what to do. I personally think that was a great idea to get a taste of how college will be like. God has provided this opportunity for college students to get together and have fun at college. College Connection was a marvelous, exciting, independent, and fun filled weekend! image(3)
