Liability Insurance
Any group not a member of the Florida United Methodist Conference is required to provide a Certificate of Liability Insurance complete with the following information.
- Must insure against harm occurring during the event or retreat for no less than $1,000,000.00 per individual incident.
- Must list the dates of the event/retreat
- Must name the camp as additional insured along with the address as shown below.

It is the responsibility of the group to contact their liability insurance agent to have a copy of their insurance certificate mailed or faxed to the office at the Warren Willis Camp. Our fax number is: 352 787-8650. The Certificate needs to be received in our office no later than two weeks before the scheduled event or retreat.
If a group is going to hold several events or retreats in a year, it is possible to request a Certificate of Liability Insurance covering all the events or retreats if all the dates are listed on the Certificate.
If your group does not have liability insurance, please contact the camp office to discuss the different options.
