What do we do in case of an emergency while at camp?
In the event you have an emergency during your stay at camp. We ask that you dial 911 if needed, then contact the camp on-call phone at: (352) 978-9014 to help with directions and coordination.
How do I make a reservation for a retreat?
Call our Reservation Coordinator, Barbara Guenther, with an approximate number of people and a few options of dates. She will check the availability, discuss meeting spaces, meals and recreation options. You will receive a Stewardship Covenant for your retreat by email.
When are deposits due?
You will have approximately 21 days from the date on the Stewardship Covenant to pay a 20% non-refundable reservation deposit. Approximately 60 days before the date of your retreat, the 40% confirmation deposit is due. If your retreat is less than 90 days from the date of the Stewardship Covenant, a single non-refundable 60% deposit is due 21 days from the date of the Stewardship Covenant.
